Crime report on 21-09-2016

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS Bharari:-

  1. A case U/S 3-1-(G)SC &ST ACT 2015 & 430,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of Mahant Ram S/O Late Sh. Nanku Ram R/O Vill. Swara PO Dadhol Teshil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that two month ago Gajender Singh has broken the water supply pipe line which came to my house and did not allow the IPH Department to through the water supply to my house. I belongs to the SC family for very special this reason my family is forced to drink the polluted water of Nala. A case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 498 (A), 323, 342, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of one lady R/O Vill. Dhararshani PO Rishikesh Teshil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur HP alleging there in that she had been marrige with Devraj in years 2009. After some time of her marriage her husband beaten up her and demanding for dowry. On 20-09-2016 her husband abusing, beaten up her for dowry & also threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Swarghat:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of ASI Ravinder Kumar. Stated there in that when he was on patrolling near Swarghat, he found that a person parked the truck No. HP11-6640 on the road in such a way that obstruct the general public as well as traffic.

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 509, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the complaint of one lady R/O Dhanipakhar Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that, one unknown person abused, molests her modesty and threatened her on her mobile phone. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Chand.

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 451, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of one lady R/O Bari Majherwan Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that, when she was present at home then some persons beaten up, abused and threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Luxmi Chand.
  2. A case U/S 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of one lady R/O Baloh PO Bari Majherwan Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that, one lady beaten up, abused and threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Luxmi Chand.

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of Kamal Raj S/O Shri Ranjha Ram R/O Padyalag PO Dadhol Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that, when he was on the way then some persons abused and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj.
