Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS Barmana:-

1. A case U/S 498A, 323 IPC has been registered at PS Barmana on the report of Rama Devi W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Vill. Manner (Bairi) PO Bairi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that she got married with Pawan Kumar 3 year ago. After some time of her marriage her husband and in laws harassed and beaten up her for dowry. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of one lady alleging there in that when she was present at home then one person beaten up and threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev Singh.
3. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of SI Kesar Singh. Stated there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Lagat on receipt of secret information recovered 5250 ml of country Liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
4. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of SI Mohan Singh. Stated there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Kharsi on receipt of secret information recovered 9000 ml of country Liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.

PS Ghumarwin:-

1. A case U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered at PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of one lady alleging there in that on 19-07-2016 when she went to Bilaspur Bazzar and when he came back to home then she found that some unknown culprits have broken the window of her house and stolen away some ornaments and cash. The approximate value of stolen items and cash is Rs. 42,500/-.The case is being investigated by SI Mehar Singh.
