Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 376,506 IPC & Sec. 4, 21 POCSO Act. has been registered in PS Sadar
on the complaint of one lady alleging there in that her husband took forcibly her daughter namely Ankita
age 12 years and raped without her consent. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Bharari:

1. A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of one lady. Alleged there in that when she was on the way then some persons abused, beaten up and threatended her with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar.
2. A case U/S 452,354A, 323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of one lady. Alleged there in that when she was present in her cow shed then one person came there abused, beaten up, threatended and molest her modesty. Case is being investigated by HC Piare lal.
3. A case U/S 279,337 IPC has registered in PS Bharari on the statement of Smt. Anjana Kumari W/O Sh.Hakam Singh R/O VPO Ghandalwin Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when she was present at home then she saw a nano car fell down from the road and some persons got injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh.
