Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Ghumarwin:-

1. A case U/S 376D,506,328,120B IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of one lady alleging there in that 17-09-2015 she along with her family members were having dinner, then all of sudden she get unconscious, as she tried to enter her room, then someone forcibly put hand on her mouth and put some substance in her mouth. When she became normal, she found herself on bed. Some persons were around her. They all sexually assaulted her without her consent. During the incident her daughter Kavita was also present there. She doubts that her daughter is also involved in the case. They all threatened her, if she disclosed the matter with anyone then they will kill her. Case is being investigated on the priority basis.

PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 341,323,147,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of Rajesh Kumar S/O Narayan Dass 24 Industrial Area Bamta Tehsil Sadar Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way then some persons obstruct, abused, beaten up and threatened her with consequenses. Case is being investigated by HC Lalit Kumar.
