Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 498A,377,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the PCG No.379 of one lady alleging there in that her husband harassed & beaten up her. On 25/04/2016 her husband beaten up her and made unnatural sexual relation without her consent. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 451,323,427,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Kishori Lal S/O Shri Sukh Ram R/O Village Daloh Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when he was present at home then some persons beaten up his wife. Case is being investigated by ASI Jagpal.
2. A case U/S 325,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of one lady. Stated there in that when she was on the way then some persons abused, beaten up her and she got injuties. Case is being investigated by HC Parkash Chand.
PS Kot:-
1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Kot on the rukka of ASI Subhash Chand. Stated there in that when he was on patrolling near Ambuwala, he found that a person was selling eatable items on road in such a way that obstructs the general public as well as traffic.
2. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of ASI Ravinder Kumar. Stated there in that he was on patrolling along with staff near Majari, and on receipt of secret information recovered 10 liter country liquor from the possession of one person. Case is being investigated by ASI Ravinder Kumar.
PS Bharari:-
1. A case U/S 341,323,355,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of one lady. Stated there in that when she was on the way then some persons obstruct, beaten up her and molest her modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh.
