Bilaspur Police has been registered following cases:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A Case U/S 341, 323, 324, 379, 506, 34 IPC PS Sadar has been registered on the complaint U/S 156 (3) CRPC of Sadhu Ram S/O Sh. Lobhi Ram R/O Vill. Bagga PO Mangal Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan stating there in that on 16-02-2016 when his driver came with his truck no.HP HP-62-3110 from bhageri to JP Cement plant Baga then near Gambhrola some persons stopped his truck gave fist and leg blows to the driver of applicant and forcibly took the truck No. HP HP-62-3110 and also snached Rs/- 25000. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 67 IT Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of one lady, alleging there in that any unknown person made fake facebook ID of her name and obscene photo shown on her fake ID. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
3. A case U/S 279,337 IPC in PS Sadar has been registered on the statement of Safi S/O Sh. Navi Vaks R/O Vill. Uppar Khairiyan PO Bamta Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur. Alleged therein that on 01/04/2016 when he was present at Bamta for his own work then two persons on Motar Cycle No. HR51W-9983 came from Ghagus side in a rash and negligent manner and hit with Truck No. HP24B-1893. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Kot-Kehloor:-
1. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Kot has been registered on the rukka of HC Gian Chand. Stated there in that on 01-04-2016 when he was on patrolling near Majari, he found that a person put sand in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
PS Bharari:-
1. A case U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O Vill. Chajoli PO Dangar Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there on 29-03-2016 he was beaten by one person due to which he got grievous injuries. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
