Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 4,3(R&S) SC & ST Prevention of Atrocities Amendment Act 2015 No.1 of 2016 has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Jhambhria Ram R/O Vill. Aadarsh Colony GhumarwinTehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) at present TGT Art Govt. High School Balghar Distt. Bilaspur alleging there in that on 29-03-2016 when he was present at school, Head master of school Sh. Surender Pal Chadda torture him & called him by caste. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 379,411,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Vinod Kumar S/O Devi Ram R/O VPO Behna Jattan Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP) who is working as a security Guard at Dharadshani in Fourlane company. Alleged there in that on 26-11-14, unknown person stolen 240 liters Diesel from store. Approximate cost of stolen item is Rs.10,800/- Case is being investigated by ASI Raj Kumar.
PS Talai:-
1. A case U/S 336,304-A IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the statement of Mahender Singh S/O Shri Ram Dass R/O Samur Kalan Distt. Una (HP). Alleged there in that he was working alongwith his brother in langar at Talai then he found that his brother fell down near water tank due to electric shot. After frist aid treatment doctor refer his brother to Una hospital and doctor declare died his brother at Una hospital. Case is being investigated by SI Ramesh Chand.
P S Bharari:-
1. A case U/S 452,323,504,427,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of Shashi Pal S/O Sh. Subhash Chand R/O Bari PO Dadhol Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that, when he was present at home then some persons beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar.
P S Barmana:-
1. A case U/S 341,147,149,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of Ram Pal S/O Sh. Chunka Ram R/O Asha Majari PO Jukhala Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that, when he was on the way and reached near Vanan then some persons obstruct, beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar.
