Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 354,323 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the statement of one lady. Alleged there in that on 13-03-16, one person tried to touch her molestation and beaten up her. Case is being investigated by HC Lalit Kumar.
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 341, 323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Vill. Baddu PO Dabla Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that, when he was on the way then one person obstruct, abused, beaten up and threatened his friend with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Barmana:-
1. A case U/S 39-33-12 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of SI Bhupinder Singh. Stated there in that he was on patrolling along with staff near Bhagar, and on receipt of secret information recovered 252 bottles of country liquor from the possession of one person. Case is being investigated by SI Bhupinder Singh.
PS Talai:-
1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of SI Bhawani Shankar. Stated there in that he was on patrolling along with staff near Dholag and on receipt of secret information recovered 3750ml English wine and 300 ml country liquor from the possession of one person. Case is being investigated by SI Bhawani Shankar.
