Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 498A,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on complaint of Smt. Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Vill. Beri Dharolan PO Behna Jattan Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that she had been married with Raj Kumar 15 years ago. After some time of her marriage her husband harassed, beaten up and threatened her for dowry.` Case is being investigating on priority Basis.
2. A case U/S 452, 342, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of one lady. Stated there in that, when she was present at home then one person beaten up and threatened to another person. Case is being investigated by HC Lalit Kumar.
3. A case U/S 279,337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Kayum Mohammad S/O Sh. Ramjan Mohd. R/O HouseNo. 3 Roura Sector Bilaspur district Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that on 04-03-2016 when he was on the way alongwith his auto and reached near PS Sadar then he found that a motor cycle rider was trying to overtake the alto car. At the meantime car driver hit the motor cycle and rider and another person fell down on the road then a truck driver repress the motor cycle rider and rider died on spot. Case is being investigated by SI Yog Raj.
