Bilaspur Police has registered the following cases:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 325,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Bhuri Singh S/O Shri Ramji Dass R/O Village Dhari Bhari PO Matla Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that some persons beaten up, threatended him and he got grievous injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Rajender kumar.
2. A case U/S 504,506,186 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Dr. Pankaj Sharma S/O Shri Nathu Ram Sharma R/O Village Mihan PO Chandpur Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when he was on duty in RH Bilaspur then one person abused, threatended him with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated by ASI Padam Dev.
3. A case U/S 341,147,149,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Luckky S/O Shri Vijay kumar R/O Village Amb Tehsil Jwalamukhi District Hamirpur (HP). Alleged there in that when he was present in his shop at Nouni then some persons beaten up and threatended him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Kuldip Chand.
4. A case U/S 279, 304-A IPC &187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Prem Lal S/O Shri Ram Dass R/O Nauni PO Kothipura Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that on 02-02-2016 when he was present at Kothipura then driver of truck No. HP23C-4166 hit the scooty rider. In the meantime scooty rider died on the spot. Case is being investigated by ASI Sita Ram.
PS Talai:-
1. A case U/S 447 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the complaint of Shrawan lal S/O Shri Nikka Ram R/O Village Kuthera PO Malagan Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when he was present in his land then one person forcibly cut the trees from his land. Case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj.
