Bilaspur Police has registered the following cases:-
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Dinesh Kumar S/O Shri Kamal Kumar R/O Village Nikowal PO Rajpura Tehsil Nalagarh District Solan (HP). Alleged there in that when he was present in marriage function at Machhwan then some persons obstruct, beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated by HC Jai Kishan.
2. A case U/S 341,323,504,336,427,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Joginder Singh S/O Shri Kanshi Ram R/O VPO Maharal Tehsil Barsar District Hamirpur (HP). Alleged there in that when he was on the way and reached near Majhasu then some persons obstruct, beaten up, abused, threatened him and broken the glass of his car. Case is being investigated by ASI Madan Mohan.
3. A case U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Vipan Deen S/O Shri Ramjan R/O Village Dehra Tanda PO Harwar Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that on 31-01-2016 when he was on way and reached near Kasaru then a Tractor driver hit his motor cycle and he got injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Baldev Singh.
Barmana:-
1. A case U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Mukesh S/O Shri Piare Lal R/O Dharampur PO Ajab Purkalan District Dehradun (UK). Stated there in that on 30-01-2016 when he was on way in bus and reached near Barmana then a lady fell down from bus. At the meantime bus conductor took her in ACC hospital and doctor declares her dead. Case is being investigated by SI Parkash Chand.
