Govt. of India has pointed out that some unregistered agents are involving in human trafficking by violating the provisions of Emigration Act 1983, which leads to great hardship to innocent emigrants in the foreign countries. This also results in the large number of complaints being made to both the central and state Government.
Therefore general public being informed through this press note to aware themselves from such un-registered agents and anything of interest may be communicated to the nearest Police Station immediately.
