Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-
PS Barmana:-
1. A case U/S 341, 323,504,427,506 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the report of Ram Pal S/O Sh. Nikka Ram R/O Dobha Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in when he was present in front of his shop then driver of JCB hit his truck. When he asked the JCB driver then he starts beaten up, abused and threatended him with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 341, 323,504,427,506 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Swaroop R/O Nalwad PO Jukhala Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in when he was on the way and reached Nalwad then one person broken the glass of his JCB, beaten up, abused and threatended him with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated by HC Parkash Chand.
PS Bharari:-
1. A case U/S 451,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of Inder Pal S/O Sh. Harnam Singh R/O Malad PO Hatwar Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when he was present at home then one person abused and threatended him with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Kot:-
1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Kot on the rukka of ASI Raj kumar. Stated there in that when, he was on patrolling along with staff at Dabat and on receipt of secret information recovered 10 Liter illicit liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
2. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Kot on the rukka of ASI Suresh kumar. Stated there in that when, he was on patrolling along with staff at Majari and on receipt of secret information recovered 5 Liter illicit liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
