Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 304A IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Ram Singh S/O Sh. Sujan Singh R/O Maryana PO Jawali Tehsil Jawali Distt. Kangra (HP) who is driver of JCB at Fourlane Baloh. Stated there in that when he was present at JCB then he heared the noise of Driver of Heavy Truck then he went on the spot and found that driver of Heavy Truck fell down from the driver seat due to electric shot and died on the spot. Case is being investigated by SI/ SHO Ashok Chauhan.
P.S Barmana:-
1. A case U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the report of Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Sayola PO Jukhala District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that on 14-11-15 he was on the way then one person obstruct and beaten up him. Case is being investigated by HC Amarjit Singh.
2. A case U/S 451,341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of Swatantar Kumar S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Ghasour PO Jukhala District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that on 14-11-15 he was present at home then one person obstruct, beaten up and abused him. Case is being investigated by HC Amarjit Singh.
P.S Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 354(A), 354(B), 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint one lady. Alleged there in that on 14-11-15 when she was on the way then one person obstruct ,beaten up, thereatened with dire consequences and molest her modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI Raj Kumar.
