Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 376,354,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of one lady. Alleged there in that on 27-08-2015 when She was return back to home from Nalagarh with her neigh borer namely Mehar Chand in his truck then he closed the windows of truck ,forcibly raped & threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of Anant Ram S/O Sh. Gulaba Ram R/O Kolnu PO Jukhala Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way then some persons obstructs, beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Nikka Ram.
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 409 IPC & 63 Copy Right Act has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Ranvir Singh S/O Late Sh. Gurdev Singh R/O Railway Road Banga Distt. Shri Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar (Punjab) on behalf of M/S Star India Pvt. Ltd. Alleged there in that one local network of district Bilaspur is illegally transmitting star pay channels without authentic permission causing substantial loss of revnue to the complaints company and to the Govt. exchequer entertainment tax. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
