Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 454, 380, IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Smt. Hema Devi W/O Sh. Tarsem Lal R/O Vill. Baroha PO Ser Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur H.P. alleging there in that on 25-08-2015 at 2.00 PM when she take lunch with her mother and sister in law on upper story then her cousin brother Shiv Kumar opened the lock of Godrej almirah and stolen away her golden and silver ornaments from her house. Value of stolen property is about to Rs. 2.50 Lac. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Talai:-
1. A case U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the report of Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Gouri Shankar R/O Berthin Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way then one person beaten up him. Case is being investigated by ASI Prem Chand.
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 379, 120-B IPC and 37,51,63,65 and 69 of the Copy Right Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Ranbeer Singh filed on behalf of M/S Star India Pvt. Limited alleged there in that one local cable network of district Bilaspur is illegally transmitting star pay channels without authentic permission causing substantial loss of revenue to the complainants company and to the govt. exchequer entertainment tax. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 457, 380, IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Smt. Leela Devi W/O Sh. Sanjeev kumar R/O Vill. Laagghat PO Deoth Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur H.P. alleging there in that on 24/25-08-2015, some unknown culprits have stolen away her golden and silver ornaments from her house. Value of stolen property is about to Rs. 90,000/- thousand. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
