Crime report of 25-08-2015

Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-
PS Talai:-
1. A case U/S 353, 332,504 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the report of Shri Surender Kumar S/O Shri Skh Ram R/O Karneda PO Fagoti Tehsil Barsar District Hamirpur (HP) who is employee of HPPWD. Stated there in that when he was on the way then one person obstructs, beaten up and abused him. Case is being investigated by HC Yogesh Kumar.
PS Kot:-
1. A case U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Kot Kehloor on the complaint of Sh. Nasib Chand S/O Shri Chuhra Ram alleging there in that on the intervening night 22/23-08-15, some unknown culprits have stolen away his motor cycle from control room Shri Naina Devi Ji. Value of stolen property is Rs. 30,000/-. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 420,416,468,471 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of Sh. Ramesh Thakur S/O Gopi Ram R/O Bagi PO Binola Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that one person is a regular employee of forest department who has submitted forged age proof documents. Case is being investigated by ASI Sita Ram.
PS Barmana:-
1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of HC Veena Devi. Stated there in that, when she was on patrolling near Beri, she found that a person put junk items in front of his shop on the road in such a way that obstructs the general public as well as traffic.
2. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Kot has been registered on the rukka of HC Veena Devi. Stated there in that when she was on patrolling near Ghagus she found that a person put on concreate in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructs the general public as well as traffic.
PS Bharari:-
1. A case U/S 354A (i) IPC in PS Bharari has been registered on the complaint of Smt. Manu Sharma D/O Sh. Ram Chand R/O near Civil Hospital Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when she was travelling in bus from Hamirpur to Ghumarwin then one person molest her modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI lavkesh Kumar.
