Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases

PS Sadar

1. A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Gaurav Thakur S/O Baldev Singh R/O Naal PO Raghunathpura Teh. Sadar Distt. Bilaspur alleged therein that when he was running on the left side of NH near Dhaulra Resort, then a car came from Lakhanpur and hit him. The case is under investigation.
2. A case U/S 451,506,427 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Manager of UCO Bank Geharwin alleged therein that on 03-08-2015 a person come in UCO Bank Geharwin and says that Bank give him short pay and after that he broke the Glass of Manager’s cabin. The case is under investigation.
3. A case U/S 452,147,148,323,342,379,427,506,34 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Tulsi Ram S/O Kharku Ram R/O Bala Teh. Sadar Distt. Bilaspur alleged therein that some persons forcibly entered in his house and stolen his 8 Tahli wooden, 12 Tuhni, 6 Khair Logs and 10 Darek Logs from his possession. The accused persons also beaten up him, his wife and his son and threatened with dire consequences. They are also dismantling his cowshed and the cattle are now living in the open space. The case is under investigation.

PS Ghumarwin

1. A case U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Himanshu Sharma S/O Balkrishan Sharma R/O Ghyana PO Morsinghi Teh. Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur alleged therein that when he was going to him home from college, then a person obstruct his way and beaten up him with dire consequences. The case is under investigation.
