Crime report of 22-07-2015

Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-
PS Ghumarwin:-

1. A case U/S 324,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of Rakesh Dass S/O Shri Kapil Dass V.P.O Tarkesar Chanpadanga Tehsil Chandan Nagar District Hugli (WB). Stated there in that when he was present at home then one person abused and beaten up him. Case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar.
2. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Smt. Monika Kumari W/O Kamal Sanjeev R/O Karangoda PO Bari Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that on 21-07-2015 when she was on the way and reached near Ghumarwin then a driver of jeep hit her scooty and she got injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Baldev Raj.
PS Bharari:-
1. A case U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the report of Smt. Byasa Devi W/O Shri Krishan Chand Village Bum PO Pantehra Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that when she was present at home then some persons abused , beaten up and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Piare Lal.
2. A case U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the report of Bharart Bhusan S/O Mansha Ram Village Gugwal PO Lehri Sareil Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way and beaten up him. Case is being investigated by ASI Duni Chand.
3. A case U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the report of Niraj Sharma S/O Pardeep Sharma Village Dameda PO Dumehar Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way and beaten up him. Case is being investigated by ASI Duni Chand.
4. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of Surender Prakash S/O Sh. Banshi Ram R/O Haritalyangar PO DangarTehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that on 18-07-2015 when he was on the way then a driver of Alto Car hit him and he got injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Kapil Dev.
