Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Ghumarwin :-
1. A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the statement of Gagan Kumar S/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O Vill. Jablyana PO Nananwa Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur. Alleged there in that on dated 01-05-15, He was brought a thresher machine to thresh their wheat in the land of his aunt and than he goes from their to take dinner along with machine operator(tractor driver) then His brother Pawan kumar came in drunked position & obstruct his way and abused, beaten him & his wife very badly with wooden stick and threatened him with dire consequences. Investigation of the case is going on.
PS Swarghat :-
1. A case u/s 39/33-11 HP Ex. Act. in PS Swarghat has been registered on the Rukka of ASI Ravinder Kumar stating therein that when he along with staff was on patrolling near Hill Top Hotel swarghat then one person is coming from wine shop with a black colour bag hanged over his shoulder than patrolling staff searched his bag & recoverd 12 bottels country liquor Bombay No.1 from his bag . Investigation of case is going on .
