Bilaspur Police has registered the following cases:-
PS Swarghat :-
1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of HC Bhag Singh. Stated there in that on 21-05-15 when he was on patrolling near Lower Barrier Swarghat, then he found that the driver of truck No. HR37C-2106 parked the truck on the road which cause obstruction to the general public as well as traffic.
2. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of HC Ram Pal. Stated there in that on 21-05-15 when he was on patrolling near Swarghat, then he found that the driver of truck No. HP24B-9415 parked the truck on the road which cause obstruction to the general public as well as traffic.
PS Bharari:-
1. A case U/S 451, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the comlaint of Smt. Anita Devi W/O Shri Narotam Dutt R/O Ket PO Dadhol Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when she was present in her house then some persons came there and abused her. Case is being investigated by HC Naresh Kumar.
2. A case U/S 354A, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of Smt.Kanta Devi W/O SHri Kamlesh Kumar R/O Dadhol Kalan PO Dadhol Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when she was present in her fields then one person used filthy language, abused and molest her modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI Duni Chand.
PS Barmana:-
1. A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of Manohar Lal S/O Shri Gobind Ram R/O Digdhali PO Sui- Surad Distt. Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that his wife was on her way then some persons obstruct her way, beaten up and abused her. Case is being investigated by HC Rattan Lal.
PS Talai:-
1. A case U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the complaint of Baldev Singh R/O Sunhani Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated HC Pritam Chand.
P S Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 11 Animal Cruelty Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of ASI Padam Dev. Alleged there in that when he was on petrolling near College Chowk then he saw truck No.HP33B-7903 was fully loaded with animal in cruelty condition. Case is being investigated by ASI Padam Dev.
