BilaspurPolice has registered the following cases:-

PS Bharari :-
1. A Case U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Shri Kartar Singh R/O Vill. Jamoi PO Gehrwin Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that on 01-04-15 he had parked his car No. HP-01B-0463 at NH-103 near Village Baadi and went to his in laws house. On 02-04-15 when he came back the car was not found there. He doubts that some unknown person stolen away his car. Case is being investigated by Hc Naresh Kumar.

PS Swarghat :-
1. A case U/S 279, 429 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the statement of Sher Sigh @Kala S/O Sh. Devi Singh R/O Dugga Palet PO Galot Tehsil Nalaghar Dsitrict Solan (HP). Stated there in that he was present at near Baned Chili NH 205 then he saw one truck No. UP 11T-7875 was going towards swarghat side and another truck No. HP 24A 8355 was coming towards Bilaspur side and the driver of veh. No HP 24A 8355 has hited the vehicle No. UP 11T-7875 which was fully loaded with buffellows in cruelty condition and some of the buffellows were died. Investigation is going on.

.2. A case U/S 11(D) Animal Cruelty Act 1960 has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of Si/Sho Karam Singh . Alleged there in that when he was on petrolling near Baned Chili NH 205 then he saw one truck No. UP 11T-7875 Parked the road side which was hited by another truck and the above truck No. UP 11T-7875 was fully loaded with animal in cruelty condition. Case is being investigated by Si/Sho Karam Singh .
