Bilaspur Police has registered the following cases:-
PS Bharari:-
1. A case U/S 325, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of Sheela Devi S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Kot Tehsil Ghumarwin district Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that some persons beaten up her and she got grievance injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Lavkesh.
PS Kot:-
1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Kot on the rukka of ASI Raj Kumar. Stated there in that on 09-03-15 when he was present at Bandoh, he found that a person was selling food articles on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
2. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Kot on the rukka of HC Vjay Ram. Stated there in that on 09-03-15 when he was present near Rest House Shri Naina Devi Ji, he found that a person was selling food articles on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 325, IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Suraj Kumar S/O Sh. Daya Ram R/O Kothi PO Talyana Tehsil Ghumarwin district Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that one person beaten up him and he got grievance injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Sa jeev Singh.
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 336, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Galyar PO Marotan Tehsil Jhandutta district Bilapsur (HP). Alleged there in that one person came in wine shop and he didn’t paid actual value of wine when he asked him he shown the gun and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Narender Kumar.
PS Barmana:-
1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of SI Laxman Dass. Stated there in that he was on patrolling along with staff near Namhol, and on receipt of secret information recovered 3750 ML country liquor from the possession of Suresh Kumar R/O Mamnu . Investigation of the case is going on.
