Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Sadar :-
1. A case U/S 15-61-85 NDPS Act in PS Sadar has been registered on the information of ASI Madan Mohan. Stated there in that on 31-12-14, he was on patrolling along with staff at Palyani Ghat, and on receipt of secret information recovered 2kg Poppy husk from the possession of Parkash Chand R/O Sungal. The case being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 279,337 IPC in PS Sadar has been registered on the statement of Amanpreet S/O Sh. Gurpreet Singh R/O H. No.132, Mohali (Pb) alleging therein that on 31-12-14 when he along with his friend was going to Manali and reached near Sungal then one Car No. HP23C-0964 hit his vehicle. Case is being investigated by HC Rajender Singh.
PS Ghumarwin :-
1. A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the statement of Balbir Singh S/O Sohan Singh R/O Karloti Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur alleged there in that on 30-12-14, some person obstructed his way, abused and beaten him. Case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar.

Bilaspur Police arrested following person:-
1. Parkash Chand R/O Village Sungal, Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) has been arrested U/S 15-61-85 NDPS & PS Act at PS Sadar.
