CRIME REPORT OF 16-10-2014

Bilaspur Police has registered the following cases:-

PS Talai:-

  1. A case u/s 341, 323,504,34 IPC in PS Talai has been registered on the statement of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Nandd Lal, R/O Sanghaswin. Alleged therein that when he was on the way to home, he was abused and beaten by his neighbours. Case is being investigating by HC Nagender Singh.
  2. A case u/s 341, 323,504,355,427,34 IPC in PS Talai has been registered on the statement of Smt Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O Vill Balhi Mareta. Alleged therein that when she was at home, she was abused and beaten by her neighbours and caused damage to her house. Case is being investigating by HC Prittam Singh
  3. A case u/s 420,467,468,120B IPC in PS Talai has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Hakkam Chand S/O Sita Ram, R/O Balhsinha. Alleged therein that he was cheated by three persons. They received an amount of Rs 8, 00,000/-from him to send his son abroad. Case is being investigating by HC Nagender Singh.

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case u/s 21,22,29/61-85ND&PS Act in PS Sadar has been registered on the rukka of P/SP Meena KUmari. Stated therein that on receiving confidential information she alongwith staff raid in a house of village Kugarhatti and recovered 68 bottles of illegal/ prohibited medicine.

  1. Bitu @ Vikas S/O Balbir Singh R/O Village Chamar basti Kirtpuar Sahib Distt. Ropar (PB) has been arrested in case u/s 380 IPC of PS Sadar
  2. Bindiya W/O Durga Basnit R/O Kungarhatti P/o Chandpur Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur & Smt Parvesh Chandel W/o Sh. Ashok Kumar R/O Village Talwar P/O Chandpur Tehsil & PS Sadar Distt. Bilaspur have been arrested in case u/s 21,222,29-61-85 ND&PS Act of PS Sadar.
